1.  Register and attend an admissions event.

2.  Apply via the links above or click here. The application deadline for the 2025-2026 school year is December 11th, 2024. We will be able to accommodate additional applications as we schedule tours, interviews or visits.

3.  Complete a financial aid/tuition assistance request if needed. The request deadline for the 2025-2026 school year is January 9th, 2025.

4.  We will then contact you to schedule interviews or class visits. 

Email admissions@brooklynwaldorf.org with any questions you may have. The tuition assistance request application is not applicable to Parent/Caregiver & Child; however, if the cost is prohibitive, please email admissions for a possible tuition adjustment.

1. Send supplemental application documents (the following information does not pertain to Parent Child):
   • Student and family photograph.
   • School transcripts, teacher evaluations and additional assessments as requested in the application.
   • Non-refundable $90 application fee.
   • Not required: tests, test scores.

The Brooklyn Waldorf School follows the ISAAGNY decision notification schedule shared by other NYC independent schools.

We are open to applications for select programs in the current school year.
